Coast Insurance Merchandise Photo Competition

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the “Coast Insurance Merchandise Photo Competition” (“Competition”). By entering, participants agree to
abide by these terms.

2. Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
2.2 Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Competition organisers are not eligible.
2.3 Participants must have legal rights to the photos they submit.

3. How to Enter
3.1 Participants must follow Coast Insurance on LinkedIn and;
3.2 Submit original photographs featuring official Coast branded merchandise in various locations worldwide.
3.3 Entries should be submitted via email to info@coastins.com.au.
3.4 Each participant may submit up to two photos per entry period.
3.5 By submitting, participants grant the organisers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and publish their photos for promotional purposes.

4. Competition Period
4.1 The Competition runs continuously, with four judging periods each year: April – June, July – September, October – December and January – March.
4.2 Submission deadlines for each period are June 30, September 30, December 31 and March 31, respectively.

5. Judging and Prizes
5.1 Entries will be judged based on creativity, uniqueness, and overall visual appeal.
5.2 Winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by the organisers.
5.3 One winner per period will receive a VISA Prepaid gift card of the value of two hundred and fifty dollars “AUD$250”.
5.4 Winners will be notified via email and announced on Coast’s social media channels.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
6.1 Participants affirm that they own the copyright to their submitted images.
6.2 Organisers reserve the right to use submitted photos in promotional materials, with credit given to the photographer.
6.3 Participants may request removal of their images from promotional materials by contacting Coast Insurance at info@coastins.com.au or +61 8 6374 7000.

7. Disqualification and Liability
7.1 Entries containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content will be disqualified.
7.2 Organisers are not responsible for lost, delayed, or corrupted submissions.
7.3 The decision of the judges is final and binding.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Personal data collected will be used solely for the administration of the Competition.
8.2 Participants’ details will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Amendments and Termination
9.1 The organisers reserve the right to amend these terms or terminate the Competition at any time.
9.2 Any changes will be communicated via the official website.

10. Governing Law
10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
